Fingers CRSSD for the ultimate dance filled weekend! Grab your festi besties and let’s get to shuffling out on the dance floor! CRSSD Festival is a two-day event located in the heart of San Diego. The venue is located at San Diego’s Waterfront Park. The festival is taking place on Saturday March 5th, and Sunday March 6th.
The lineup includes lots of artists in the house and techno genre. Whether you like techno, house, or are into seeing some live acts, CRSSD festival has it all. Check out the lineup below!
The Venue
The venue is a green grass-filled dance floor surrounded by palm trees. The location is bayside which gives off some amazing vacation vibes. It also has water fountains and small pond areas where festivalgoers are allowed to go in to cool down or take a little break from dancing.
The average temperatures for that time of year range between 66-75 degrees during the day, and between 53-56 degrees at night. It can feel pretty chilly, so I recommend wearing a light jacket or long sleeve top/long pants.
The festival is full of some amazing food and drink vendors so you won’t have to worry about planning your meals before or after the show! All the vendors are a cashless payment option so make sure you bring your cards to make payments for your favorite tasty drinks or food.
There are also options to buy a single day or a two day locker rental if you would like to take a break from carrying your personal items, merch, or jackets. The lockers are priced around $20-$25 per day.
Travel
If you are driving into the festival, make sure you take some time to find some parking. There are not many places surrounding the area to leave your personal vehicles, but the venue is completely accessible by using rideshare options.
The venue is also surrounded by many hotels that are within walking distance, which will save you a lot of time trying to get your ride secured. The best options for hotels nearby would be Homewood Suites by Hilton San Diego Bayfront, Wyndham San Diego Downtown/ Bayside, Pacific Inn Hotel & Suites, Best Western Plus Bayside. These options are reasonably priced and no more than 5-7 minutes of walking.
If you’re traveling by plane the best airport to fly into would be the San Diego International Airport as it is only 10-15 minutes away. Everything in the San Diego metro area is pretty centrally located, so if you're flying in and staying in or near downtown, I wouldn't worry about renting a car.
Tickets
Tickets for the festival start at $239 + fees, which includes two-day entry for both Saturday and Sunday. Single day tickets are also available for $130!
