1. People Watching
This year, I did a lot more people watching - I mean, how could I not? 20,000+ patrons with incredible outfits, decked out squads, covered in glitter, and all with huge smiles on their faces. Everyone you encountered was having the time of their life, at the most beautiful venue in the world. This is, Paradiso.
2. The Venue (and those sunsets!)
Paradiso means “heaven, as the final abode of the righteous”, and that’s exactly what this festival is: Heaven on earth. If you’ve never seen the venue, let me enlighten you:
The sunsets here at unmatched, and this year at sunset we had the pleasure of seeing San Holo reign in the most incredible set- at the most perfect time.

3. Seeing i_o at the Digital Oasis Stage
The PNW was not prepared for the techno that i_o brought to Digital Oasis. His set blew everyone away, Death by Techno is real and he demonstrated that flawlessly.

4. Experiencing Curiosity Cove
WAVES took over Curiosity Cove (an interactive art experience inside a tent) this year and I wouldn’t have it any other way. We’ve seen the WAVES crew bring Lucky to life with Clover Park (an actual indoor playground, complete with astroturf and adult-sized teeter-toters) and they are always surprising with us with their artistic productions. WAVES throws their own events in the Seattle area and are definitely something you should check out if you liked what they did with Curiosity Cove.

5. The Festival Decorations
Let’s not forget about the amusement park rides, performers and art installations. Not to mention, the amazing Paradiso outfits that were created this year!

6. The Pre-Party
The pre-party on Thursday, in the GA campgrounds, featured the Rynobus which is mobile, interactive stage! It’s been to festivals like: Coachella & EDC and now Paradiso. It. Was. Dope.

Every year USC Events surprises me with more and more reasons to fall in love with Paradiso Festival. My first Paradiso festival was in 2013 and it’s been blowing me away ever since. Missed Paradiso but want to experience the Gorge? Come to Above and Beyond: The Weekender happening in July.

KUNDALANI YOGA YOGA SESSIONS
Friday, June 14th 11:00AM-12:30 PM // Hosted By Moon Sign Magic & Stephanda
Kundalani is the yoga of awareness, Yoga has dozens of variations in philosophy and style. Some yogas (like Bikram) are structured as a physical workout. Others (like Jivamukti) put an emphasis on meditation. Kundalini Yoga is little of both, but with an added emphasis on consciousness that activates energy centers throughout the body. Kundalini class can be a good workout, but its teachers and students participate in each kriya with a quiet reverence more akin to a temple than a gym. If you like your physical exercise to come with a side of spiritual enlightenment, Kundalini Yoga might be for you.
ACRO YOGA
Saturday, June 15th 10:00AM-11:30AM // Hosted By Gravity Lift
With a mutual admiration for yoga & its philosophies, Jordan Goff and Antonella Zabaglio have joined forces to co-create a ripple effect of awesome vibes in the PNW and abroad. They have a zest for life that is contagious, an authentic strength coupled with a vulnerability that is truly inspiring, and a love for each other that was crafted by The Universe.
As creators and curators for Gravity Lift, Jordan & Antonella strive to move beyond the traditional and technological landscapes, building connection through music, yoga, and events that stimulate the mind, body, and soul.

And, if you see Team savormeditation at the Paradiso Campgrounds, be sure to come say hi! We can't wait to see all your beautiful faces at the Gorge!
]]>It’s finally June, which means Paradiso is only a couple of weeks away. This festival is primarily a camping festival, so most of the attendees will be camping in the area. From experience, I know camping festivals can be hard to pack for, especially if you are coming from out of state and might not know what to expect with the weather. Need to start getting supplies together? This Paradiso packing list will have you ready for the weekend!
]]>This is the general list of what you will need at Paradiso! If you forget something, a general store is available near the campgrounds, but be aware: it's much cheaper to bring items in yourself.
Have any questions about prohibited items and rules at the festival? Make sure to check on those here before the festival so you will be prepared. If you have any questions of any additional things that can be added to this list, make sure to leave a comment. Excited to see you all at Paradiso!

]]>It’ll probably be hot enough to rock your cute festival outfit during the day without needing a ton of outer layers. Here’s what’s guaranteed to keep you cool while looking hot AF.
You can never go wrong with a rave top and booty shorts combo. Whether you dare to bare in our mico cut out booty shorts or prefer a high waist bottom, a two-piece set is a great foundation for your outfit. There are tons of adorable matching combos throughout the site!
Neon Lights Tube Top Set, Neon Pink Leg Wraps
EastnWest Label Athena Fringe Bra, EastnWest Label Athena Fringe High Waisted Shorts
Rolita Couture Neon Clouds Electric Amazon Skirt
If you’re comfortable enough, pasties and booty shorts is another familiar look at Paradiso! You can spice this outfit up with the right pair of hosiery, harnesses, and of course, glitter and festival gems.
If you’re a one-piece kind of gal, savormeditation has got you covered! savormeditation bodysuits come in tons of different styles, fabrics, and colors, including this year's hottest styles, such as neon, animal print, and mesh. Just like a pair of rave tops and bottoms, a bodysuit will be the foundation to your outfit. Simply bedazzle it up with the right combination of festival jewels and face glitter.
Holographic is a must-have for one of your outfits or piece of an outfit at Paradiso! The shiny material will shine and sparkle in the sunlight at the Gorge - you'll look like a true rave princess!
Magical Dream Suspender Booty Shorts, Magical Dream Lace up Tube Top
Tinsel Town Holographic Bodysuit
For more holographic outfit inspo, check out our Holographic Outfits Style guide!
Neon is one of the hottest styles this festival season and savormeditation is no short supply of cute neon outfits and accessories! Neon will help you stand out at the Gorge, especially in your photos against the dark green grass you'll be standing on in one of the most beautiful venues in the world!
Totally Stoned Rhinestone Biker Short Set
Channel the good vibes with something tie-dye or rainbow! iHeart has tons of tie-dye options so you can match with your squad, or spread the joy solo!
Rainbow Shine Underboob Crop Top, Rainbow Thong Booty Shorts
Rainbow Snake Charmer Top, Rainbow Snake Charmer Booty Shorts, Studded Faux Leather Skirt (Pro tip: adding a hint of black to your rainbow/tie-dye outfit can easily tone down the outfit and add a hint of bad-ass vibes)
I Feel the Love Sequin High Waisted Bottoms, I Feel the Love Rainbow Sequin Crop Top
Crop Tops pair nicely with all kinds of bottoms - from velvet booty shorts to micro cutouts, and even jean shorts. They even pair well with leggings which you’ll likely be adding to your outfit by nighttime.
Mesh crop tops and t-shirts are an excellent way to beat the heat and show off super cute pasties, boob jewels, or even a sports bra, or a bralette. This adds an extra way for you to get creative with your look.
Free Yourself Fishnet Tie Crop Tee
If you tend to burn easily, I would definitely recommend a kimono to protect you from the sun, especially because shade can be hard to come by at the Gorge. savormeditation has several Kimonos and Dusters options that are lightweight and the perfect piece to take your outfit to the next level. Check out the various options, from rainbow print to holographic sequins. Pair it with a bodysuit and the right combination of rave accessories and you’ll be the star of the show!
If you're shopping for your rave bae (or if you're a guy looking for some Diso Style inspo) check out savormeditation' huge selection of tanks, tees, and shorts. Also, I personally enjoy stealing clothes from my rave bae so that I can rock the long tee + hosiery look!
May the Bass Be With You Shorts and Tank
As I said earlier, it can get chilly in the evening - especially after the sun goes down. It’s much better to be safe rather than sorry! You can always purchase a locker ahead of time to store your jacket in (pro tip: stash an extra pair of comfy shoes in your locker, too. I guarantee by midnight, you won’t want to be climbing around the gorge in the same shoes you were dying to wear for photos) Here’s some of our most popular styles of outerwear.
If you tend to get cold easily, maybe you’re looking for something warmer. savormeditation has tons of cute coats that come in tons of fun styles and colors!
Can't Be Tamed Raw Hemmed Jacket
Look out of this world and stay snuggly with one of our many galaxy print hoodies. Made with ultra-soft fabric, our Pullover Hoodies are another great option to layer up and still look stylish.
Just because it gets cold doesn’t mean you have to sacrifice looking cute! Check out some of our awesome galaxy print leggings - a great way to look cute and stay warm. Plus, leggings don’t take up much room in your backpack and won’t add much extra weight.
Whether you’re styling for daytime or nighttime, rave accessories can take any outfit to the next level. These are absolutely key to spicing up any outfit. Always pack extra festival glitter and festival jewels! I also like to bring some other fun accessories like a pair of butterfly wings, extra leg wraps and hosiery, and a cute fan (a great photo prop and a way to keep cool!)
Give your outfit that extra sparkle with some rave glitter and face jewels combos. from chunky to gel to biodegradable, savormeditation has tons of glitter options in every color imaginable!
Packing Extra Pasties is a must! Don’t forget to stick an extra pair in your rave backpack on the way into the gates.
Seamless Masks are a MUST when traveling to the Gorge. Not only will your lungs thank you for keeping dust out of them, but seamless masks also provide another cute way to accessorize.
Hydrate in style with a Hydration Pack! You’ll look cute and have a hands-free way to hydrate. USC Events provides Hydration Stations inside the venue, so you only have to stop dancing to refill your hydration pack every few hours. This is a MUCH better alternative to having to lug around a water bottle and keep refilling it every 20 minutes.

]]>Paradiso Festival happens at the Gorge Amphitheatre every June in George, Washington - hosted by USC Events. This year, Paradiso will take place on June 14 & 15th. This two-day festival has the most magical vibes and the most breathtaking views in comparison to any festival I have ever gone to. The Gorge Amphitheatre is rated #1 most beautiful venue in the world, and it proudly protects its title.
Most attendees camp but there are nearby hotels with shuttle options to and from the venue. There are multiple levels of camping, each having their own perks:
Wherever you camp (or stay) will not affect how much fun you have at The Gorge, but each has one has perks, so choose wisely. Camping is a separate ticket to your festival ticket and must be purchased online before entering The Gorge Amphitheatre. I always come prepared with a tent, pillows and blankets.
While The Gorge gets blistering hot during the day, it always gets super chilly at night so plan accordingly. Stay tuned for an exclusive savormeditation Paradiso style guide.
Food is ESSENTIAL for human life, and should be treated as so. While there are delicious food trucks and carts inside the festival and at the campgrounds, it’s alway wise to bring your own food as well. Protein bars, apples, bananas, avocados, peanut butter & jelly, and Gatorade are always cheap and easy things to pack on-the-go. If you're bringing refrigeration items, I suggest going to a store and buying dry ice, for it keeps your food cold and the ice lasts way longer than normal, bagged, ice. (Ice is also available for purchase in the campgrounds to keep your ice restocked) Personally, I go all out with campsite food and I buy a propane stove with refills and make breakfast burritos for my campmates (and my neighbors) for breakfast, and spaghetti for dinner because they are such easy meals to make and they go far. If you do go that route, the Gorge does not allow open flame campsites so make sure to check the rules before buying your camping gear. Popular food inside the venue ranges anywhere from chicken strips to teriyaki, you won't go hungry if you're planning ahead! For a good rule of thumb, plan on bringing a case of water for every two people in your squad. Or there are refill stations in the campsites and all over the venue for your big jugs of water as well.
As mentioned before, The Gorge can get blistering hot during the day and super chilly at night so plan accordingly. I do so by wearing my rave gear into the festival and bringing a change of clothes for when it gets dark and leaving it in my locker for later. While on the topic of lockers, plan ahead for yourself and leave items in there that you would need for tomorrow. For example: if you bring in sealed deodorant to have during the festival, leave it in your locker overnight so you can have it for the following day. Shoewear if VERY important. The location of General Admission camping to the venue is quite the stretch, so please wear appropriate walk-wear so you don't hate yourself later (speaking from experience). You can also check out this guide for more inspo about What to Wear to Paradiso.

1. The Venue
The Gorge is rated the most beautiful music venue in the nation because there is nothing else like it! The views from the amphitheater itself will take your breath away and accompanied by your best friends + awesome music- you’ll be in heaven.
Something else that makes the Gorge unique is the campgrounds. The campgrounds are the biggest and best party I've ever been to, I always meet so many people here. The first year I went to Paradiso, it was Thursday night before the event. I told my brother that I was having the time of my life, and he responds with, “We haven't even gone into the festival yet.” I was shook, to say the least.

2. The Lineup
Although I am a full believer that the lineup does not make or break a festival; the vibes, venue and especially the people you attend with will all make your experience something to remember. BUT, this year- the lineup is guaranteed to bring people from all over the country together.
PARADISO 2019 HAS THE MOST FIRE LINEUP I HAVE EVER SEEN, HANDS DOWN.
The amount of different genres represented on this lineup is crazy. We have heavy bass hitters such as Bear Grillz, Cookie Monsta B2B Doctor P, and Riot Ten- but there is also a bunch of super chill acts in here such as Opiou, Klingade, and Two Friends.
There is something for everyone to enjoy all day long - so I am scared for the Hunger-Games style set conflicts everyone is going to have. One thing I love about Paradiso is the 3 different stages that each have a unique theme.
This lineup is STACKED with headliners, such as: Skrillex, Illenium, Kaskade, Zeds Dead, ZHU, Alison Wonderland and more. These headliners will all most likely be played on the Mainstage, which looks amazing during the day because of the breath-taking views of the Gorge in the background. It also looks amazing at nighttime because of the visuals and fireworks.

The amount of house & techno going to be played, likely all going to be at, Digital Oasis Stage this year is INSANE. First of all, we have Frida K from here in Seattle as local support which is HUGE because she is incredible. We also have Shiba San, LOW STEPPA, Walker & Royce and my personal favorite i_o.
The Digital Oasis Stage - Photo Credit: USC Events & Parallax
The Wreckage Stage is usually known as the bass stage. In the past, the Wreckage has hosted bass acts such as Kayzo, Getter, and Snails.
The Wreckage Stage - Photo Credit: USC Events & Little Machine Productions
Other than music, USC Events provides patrons with amusement park rides, free with the purchase of a ticket. In the past, Paradiso has had a Ferris wheel, a giant swing set, and a big spinny top. There’s nothing like taking a break from raging and riding the Ferris wheel to get a full 360-degree-view of the entire Gorge. Interactive art installations are also a huge reason why I look forward to Paradiso every year!

I am a firm believer that The Gorge Amphitheatre brings out the best in everyone, so why miss out? The lineup, the venue and the rides are all the reasons you need to attend Paradiso Festival with me this year. Pack good vibes and gather your squad, tickets are going quick. Tickets and more information available at http://paradisofestival/

There are many things that made this year different from any other year I have gone. It was no surprise that the main stage took my breath away, but you could see the detail and hard work USC Events put into the other stages as well. This year, Digital Oasis had a tent covering the audience and The Wreckage looked like it was an Aztec Empire. Not to mention, the art installations were mesmerizing.
Virtual Self brought back vocal trance to 2018 with his captivating display, Tchami & Malaa’s “No Redemption” set showed the PNW how to never recover from a house set, and Deadmau5’s cube had the whole audience’s jaw on the floor. The talent this year at Paradiso was unparalleled to anything I have seen in the past.
savormeditation sponsored this year’s campground activities, and it provided festival lovers with tons of activities, including a totem / kandi making station, yoga, and even a glitter bar hosted by Lunatics. If you missed out, I feel bad for you.
Digital really met nature this year when a thunderstorm rolled into The Gorge causing safety professionals on site to evacuate the venue and send everyone back to the campsites. USC Events worked hand-in-hand with meteorologists to ensure everyone had a safe experience. Once the venue reopened, the vibe of the festival completely changed. We were all able to come back together and be thankful/joyful that the show was to go on! The silver lining in the thunderstorm was that we were blessed with an unexpected Justin Martin b2b Claude Von Stroke to get the crowd moving again, and that alone was worth reentering the venue. Not to mention, there was an incredible sunset that provided many #nofilter moments on Instagram.

Through rain and shine, and through all the setbacks, USC Event’s gave me the best Paradiso experience I could’ve asked for. Good luck for next year, it’s going to be a challenge to top this one.
