Somewhere along the dark hours of my internet life, an ad for “revolutionary” magnetic false lashes appeared.... with a price tag of $70 and a 4 week wait list.

I’m someone who 90% of the time is wearing false lashes at events, and constantly wishing I had the patience to put them on every single day. I love the look of full lashes and I haven’t found a mascara to do it for me. I’m also a little afraid of eyelash extensions, so I’ve avoided looking into those too much.

Therefore, magnetic false lashes seemed like a great idea, so I decided to try them out for all of you and here are the results!

Imagine Music Festival: a three-day, camping, electronic dance music festival held in Atlanta, GA. This year, the festival is taking place September 22-24, 2017. Last year it moved to a new location, the Atlanta Motor Speedway, where over 25,000 attendees christened the new venue. The festival is aquatic themed (I love me a good theme) and the venue boasts a pool to escape the heat.

For the second year in a row Woogie Weekend has left me feeling like it’s a cannot miss festival of SoCal. The DoLab is the curator of good vibes, and let me tell you, they were great at Woogie. The festival was more vibrant and more full than its first year and it’s exciting to see how it has grown. Some highlights of the weekends included this giant slip and slide, the way each stage lit up at night, and the new friends I got to meet.
